    How long until I see results?

    Many users notice a refreshed, more lifted look right after their first session. For longer-lasting results, use it consistently: about 5 times a week for the first 4–8 weeks, then 2–3 times a week to maintain. Results vary from person to person.

    Does it hurt?

    No. Most people feel a gentle tingle or nothing at all. Start on the lowest intensity and increase it gradually as your skin gets used to it. If it ever feels uncomfortable, lower the setting.

    Do I need to use the gel?

    Yes. Microcurrent needs a conductive layer to work properly and glide comfortably. You can use our conductive gel or a water-based gel or serum. Avoid oils and thick creams, which block the current.

    How do I use it?

    Start with a clean, makeup-free face. Apply a generous layer of conductive gel, choose your mode (Lift, Tighten, or Infuse), and glide the device slowly upward and outward across your face and neck. A full session takes about 5–10 minutes.

    Who should not use it?

    Don't use the Face Lifter if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, have epilepsy, or have metal implants in the face. Avoid broken or irritated skin, active acne, and the area directly over the eyes. If you have a medical condition or recent facial treatments like fillers, check with your doctor first.

    How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

    A full charge typically lasts for several sessions. Recharge it with the included USB cable, and the indicator light will show when it's fully charged.
