Thank you for shopping with The Bulan. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on thebulan.com (the "Site"). Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high order volume (such as sales or promotions), processing times may take longer than usual; we will do our best to notify you of any significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping is not free at this time; shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times, once an order has shipped, are as follows:

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Total estimated time to receive your order = processing time (3-5 business days) + shipping time (7-14 business days).

3. International Orders, Customs, and Duties

For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at info@thebulan.com as soon as possible; we will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Bulan is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local delivery carrier first. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@thebulan.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.
